Noor and Maatr 1st Day Box Office shows average profit while 2nd Day Collection Fails to Show Major Jump on Saturday
Sonakshi Sinha “Noor” 1st Day Collection showed a lower profit earning 1.54 crores on Friday. The release day had a lower opening which was lower than expectation. The film has released at 1450 screens all over India but unable to earn that type of income on opening day. While coming on to second-day business at Indian theatres, it witnesses lower occupancy rate of around 10-15% in morning shows while afternoon showed a slight hike. Evening and night shows have shown better growth than what it witnessed in morning shows.
Noor 2nd day box office collection showed a slight hike of 30% on Saturday. Earning 2.10 crores approx. on Saturday is a good hike but still, it has a dull start and even day 2 is average for the movie. This film is made in a total budget of 22 crores which includes 14 crores as Production cost and 8 crores as Print-Advertising cost. Therefore, total 2 days collections stood at Rs 3.64 crores. Also, it is said that the film earned 10 crores from selling music, satellite rights.
While Raveena Tandon’s Maatr 2nd day collection shows a profit of 35 lacs approx. while 1st day was 20 lacs. Total 2 days business gathered 55 lacs till Saturday. Raveena had a comeback after a long time and looks like the film is unable to show a good response and fails to earn a good income.
